Brian Weis is a national recognized expert in the online recruiting and employment industry. In addition to being a speaker at recruiting and employment conferences, Weis has been a contributing columnist in publications like (SHRM) Society for Human Resource Management, American Staffing Association (ASA), HR Today, HR News, and others.

His passion for the employment industry started in 1994 and has been on all sides of the employment fence from job seeker to headhunter from editor of recruiting newsletter to career site owner.

When he is not out on the green, Brian is the founder and president of several employment websites including JobHelper.com, LocalCareers.com, RecruitersNetwork.com and RecruitersDirectory.com.

Natalie Henquinet has been involved in the employment industry since 2004. As an experienced marketing professional, Natalie has penned numerous workplace and job search articles, serves as the editor of several recruiting newsletters and co–edits the JobHelper.com blog.

Natalie has a Bachelor's degree in journalism and heads up the marketing department of the award–winning LocalCareers.com, Inc. Her experience networking with human resource professionals, interacting with job seekers at job fairs, and evaluating resumes offers a unique perspective on the do's and don'ts of job hunting.
